Back to all workArwa’s Delicious Chocolates
Making a large dessert menu feel simple, inviting and easy to enquire about.
Arwa’s creates chocolates, kunafa, baklava, healthier treats and customised gifts. The website needed to present that variety clearly without forcing a dessert business into a complex ecommerce operation.

02 The challenge
A website shaped around the real way the business works.
The business has a much wider menu than a conventional bakery landing page can comfortably hold. Visitors needed to understand the range, move between categories and identify specific products without facing one overwhelming list.
A full cart, online payment and inventory system would also add unnecessary management. The better answer was a website that supports the way orders already happen: discovery on the site, followed by a personal enquiry.
03 Key decisions
Clarity before complexity.
- 01
Organise by collection
The menu was divided into recognisable collections so visitors can begin with what they are interested in rather than scan every product at once.
- 02
Guide the enquiry
Customers can narrow their interest to specific items before moving to WhatsApp, giving the business a more useful starting point for the conversation.
- 03
Make mobile the priority
Large imagery, clear calls to action and comfortable touch targets create an experience designed for the social-media audience most likely to visit on a phone.
Detail Product selection
A guided enquiry without the ecommerce overhead.
Visitors can explore a collection, select the products they are interested in and carry that context into a WhatsApp enquiry. The interaction makes a large dessert menu easier to navigate while preserving Arwa’s personal ordering process.
04 The finished experience
A digital profile that feels as considered as the products.
The finished site gives Arwa’s a professional home beyond social media while keeping the ordering journey aligned with how customers already enquire and place orders.
Customers can see the breadth of the menu, understand how ordering works and begin a focused enquiry—all without the business having to maintain a conventional ecommerce backend.
