Website redesign · Kenya

Your website should not feel like the weakest part of your business.

If the business has moved forward but the website still feels dated, unclear or difficult to use, I can help you decide what should stay and what needs to change.

01 When it is time

A redesign should solve more than how the website looks.

The real job is to make the website clearer, more credible and easier to use, while supporting where the business is going next.

  1. 01

It no longer reflects the business

Your services, audience or positioning have changed, but the website still tells the old story.

  2. 02

Visitors struggle to find what matters

The navigation, page structure or content makes a simple decision feel unnecessarily difficult.

  3. 03

It does not work well on mobile

Pages feel cramped, slow or awkward on the devices many of your visitors use first.

  4. 04

It works, but it does not build confidence

The website is technically online, yet its design and details no longer make the right impression.

A redesign does not mean discarding everything. Useful content, brand assets and functionality can remain when they still serve the project.

02 What changes

Keep what works. Rebuild what does not.

I review the current website as a whole, then focus the work on the areas that will make the biggest difference.

03 How it works

A considered rebuild, not a cosmetic reskin.

We begin with the current website so the new direction is based on evidence, priorities and the content you already have.

  1. 01

    Review

I assess the current website and the business behind it.

We identify what is useful, what is confusing and what the redesigned site needs to do better.

  2. 02

    Plan

I shape the structure, content and visual direction.

The new experience is organised around your visitors, priorities and strongest existing material.

  3. 03

    Rebuild

You review the complete website before it goes live.

I design, build and test the new site, then handle the agreed refinements and launch.

04 Practical questions

What to know before changing an existing website.

A careful redesign protects useful work while making room for a stronger next version.

Ask something else
01Do we need to rebuild everything?

Not always. I first look at what is still useful, including your content, brand assets and working functionality. The redesign keeps what serves the business and changes what is holding the experience back.

02Can you redesign a WordPress website?

Yes. I can redesign the existing WordPress site or recommend a different platform when it would make the website simpler, faster or easier to maintain. We decide that after reviewing what you already have.

03Will a redesign affect our search visibility?

Any major website change needs careful handling. I preserve useful URLs where practical, plan redirects when pages move and carry important metadata and content into the new structure. No designer can promise rankings, but the migration can be prepared responsibly.

04How long does a website redesign take?

The schedule depends on the size of the current site, the condition of its content and the functionality involved. After the review, your quotation will include a realistic scope and timeline.

05 Start a redesign

Ready for a stronger website? Let’s review what you have.

Send me the current website and tell me what no longer feels right. I will help you work out the most sensible next step.
