Information I receive
When you complete a project enquiry or contact me directly, I may receive your name, contact details, business information, project requirements and any files or links you choose to share.
How I use it
I use this information to understand your enquiry, reply to you, prepare a scope or quotation and deliver or support work we agree to undertake. I do not sell your personal information.
Services involved
Project enquiries may pass through Fillout. If you choose to contact me by email or WhatsApp, those providers process the message under their own privacy terms.
Keeping and sharing information
I keep project information only for as long as it remains useful for the enquiry, the work, support or normal business records. I share it only when needed to deliver the agreed service or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information I hold about you, request a correction or ask me to delete information I no longer need to retain.
