Dr Dip Malde works across periodontal care, professional education and community support. The website needed to serve several audiences while keeping the public experience fast, focused and easy to navigate.

02 The challenge
A website shaped around the real way the business works.
The website had to communicate one professional identity across connected but distinct offers: education for hygienists and therapists, a professional community, patient referrals and Dip’s own clinical story.
The learning experience also had different technical needs from the public website. Combining everything inside one plugin-heavy installation would make the public site harder to control and maintain.

Separate the journeys
Academy, Community and Refer a Patient became clear top-level routes, allowing each audience to recognise where to go without reading through unrelated content.

Keep the public site light
The public-facing website was built as a fast Astro site, while the Academy can remain a distinct learning environment with its own platform requirements.

Lead with professional trust
A calm editorial design, clear credentials, personal photography and direct calls to action give the website authority without making it feel institutional.

The community page explains the value of the free learning sessions before presenting a short, focused sign-up form. Visitors understand what they will receive and can join without leaving the experience.

The finished public site gives Dip greater control over how his work is presented and provides straightforward routes for professionals, referring clinicians and patients.
Its structure is ready to support the Academy and community without forcing the public website to carry the complexity of the learning platform.
